I hope I haven't let her down...

I hope some of her,

innocent, sweet, laughing, dancing, her,

is in me.

I hope I haven't crushed all her dreams or wishes.

I hope she would be proud of me.

I hope I can live up to her expectations.

I hope her confidence & security finds its way to me.

I hope her faith sustains me.

I hope to never forget her or where she came from.

I hope that the free, uninhibited spirit that powered her through every day will over take me.
